Wow....that went fast!

Being that you are half finished with your senior year, take a moment to reflect on some of the best and worst experiences you have had, thus far.

The best experiences I have had were spending time with each of the classrooms. I have got to know each of the students and teachers through these rotations. The worst experiences were watching students act out and getting in trouble. The worst and best experiences have definetly been an experience. This has been a great year so far and I am so glad I had the opportunity to have this privledge.

Wow, really half way finished with my senior year. I think that my best experiences this year has been at IHCS I felt so comfortable there and it made me so happy everyday when I went to that school every morning. After being there I know that I want to be an early childhood teacher. The worst would probably be being thrown into tutoring at Dover when not knowing anything to do with her, nor knowing anything about her IEP. It was really hard to know even what to do and where she was at academically. But over all this has been a great year so far, all my experiences have been great and I have had the best experiences I could ask for. (:

The first half of this year has gone by so fast and I can't believe were already on our third rotation. One of my best experiences was in my elementary rotation. That whole rotation was just a great learning experience and I'm so glad I got to experience it. I really haven't had any bad experiences yet but I'm sure I'll encounter one this year. I can't wait to start the special ed. rotation.

I am so happy that my senior year is half way over even though it has went by so fast. I have had so much fun with our afternoon class every time we get together. My favorite memory thus far has been getting to know all the students in my elementary and middle school classes. It has been a blast getting to know all of the students and making friends with my 8th graders! One of my worst experiences was at the elementary rotation. I had a lot of fun with my students but I could never see myself as an elementary teacher. I loved working my second graders but not as much as some people love to work with them. Overall, my experience thus far has been amazing. I can't wait for my special education rotation in a few weeks.

I am so happy that it is halfway through my senior year! I have had such a great time and am glad with my decision for taking this class this year. My favorite rotation was the elementary school. I loved those little rugrats! I definitely know that I am not going to be teaching middle school. I do not like them! Ms. Deetz however, does the best that she can do and is always willing to try new things. I am very excited for the IEP rotation. I know that those students will actually need me!

I cannot believe graduation is right around the corner already. It still feels like I should be in my first rotation. Time has gone by to quick. I have had an amazing time so far being in teaching professions. I love that got have got to be in a completely different environment then high school and that have got to meet new people. Also I have learned so much about teaching and my rotations have been wonderful. The rotations have had their ups and downs but overall I have really enjoined my rotations. The only really bad experiences I have had is driving to Dover I just did not like driving far. Besides that I love this program!  Hopefully time slows down too!

I've really enjoyed my first two rotations in kindergarten and sixth grade. I can't believe senior year is already almost halfway done. I'm really looking forward to what the rest of the year has in store. The best part of this year so far was when I returned to visit the kindergarten class, and the all ran to see me. It was really sad to leave my middle schoolers.Everythings been great so far, and I loove that i took this course.

I have enjoyed the first half and it has really went fast. I had fun with the sixth graders but I still enjoy first graders better. The thing I enjoyed the most was walking into the first grade classroom and all the students are like Miss Danie, the sixth graders had the "Whatever I don't really wanna be here" attitude. The worst moment I had was the first week of Dover I had a kid tell me no one wanted me there. On thursday one of the girls came up to me and said "You are going to be an awesome teacher someday. I am really looking forward to what the rest of the year brings me.

It is hard to believe that we are almost to Christmas and yes half way through our senior year! It’s awesome! I have had so much fun in my first two rotation sites! I really enjoyed the elementary rotation and surprisingly liked the middle school rotation as well! It gets harder everyday to find a certain age or group me want to teach! I don't really have just one favorite memory; it has all been good and memorable!

I concur, it feels like the fourth week of school. Everything is going swimmingly, I did not want to leave either of the schools I was at. It was all a positive experience.

I can't believe it is Christmas time already and senior year is halfway over! The best experiences have been getting to know the students and having fun talking with them. Plus, all of the fun times outside of school. Some of the bad experiences have been when the second graders acted bad, and the times where the teachers did not get the memo of us coming there or how long. Outside of school, it has to be the basketball practices! So far my senior year has been great!

My best experiences were getting to work hands on with the students and get a little more time with students. It showed me the positive side to teaching. I loved working hands on and the Project Lead The Way class was amazing. I really didn't have a bad experience at all in this rotation

I've had a lot of really good experiences. I've really enjoyed both of the classrooms I've been in. The majority of the students have liked me, thank goodness. They're excited to see me when I walk in. It's a good feeling. Today, I had to go over to the Middle School for dress rehearsal for the choir concert, and I passed a bunch of my students, and they all yelled my name. It was an awesome feeling. I don't really think I've had a bad experience. I don't like seeing students get in trouble, though. Nothing too traumatizing has happened. I'm just sad that the year is already half over.
